Building Better Healthcare Practices.
Strategic advisory for healthcare organizations and practice owners ready to operate at their highest level — improving operations, scaling sustainably, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. She also works with organizations outside healthcare that are wrestling with the same kinds of problems.
Patients deserve better than good intentions. That's the whole reason this firm exists.
I spent over ten years working inside healthcare organizations before I started Batth Advisory — some nonprofit, some for-profit, big systems and small clinics. Same problem everywhere: the clinical side was doing everything right, and the operations behind it just weren't keeping up. Scheduling nobody owned. A compliance deadline nobody tracked. A vendor contract that got signed and then forgotten. Eventually I got tired of watching it happen from the sidelines, so I started fixing it directly.
My background is in revenue cycle management — the billing, the compliance, the unglamorous stuff that actually determines whether a practice survives. Then I got my MPH, which pulled my focus toward access and equity. Health literacy in particular is something I care about a lot, and it comes up in almost every project I take on, healthcare or not.
I keep this firm small on purpose. When you work with Batth Advisory, you're working with me — not an account manager, not whoever's free that week. If you're outside healthcare but dealing with the same kind of operational mess, I'll take that on too. Every client gets my full attention, and the same discretion I'd want if it were my own practice.

We stay close through implementation, adjusting as needed until results are measurable and lasting.
From reactive to ready
A few examples of the operational work behind our engagements.
Two incoming owners acquired an independent practice and inherited paper charts, an undocumented vendor list, and no clear picture of what regulatory boxes were or weren't checked.
A practice changing hands with no operations documentation, unclear compliance status, and systems that lived in one person's head.
Full site and workflow assessment, EMR selection, vendor and procurement strategy, records conversion, and a compliance calendar built to hold up under audit.
Every process — from patient check-in to HR onboarding — documented into a single operations binder built for day one.
Instead of a black box, the new owners got a practice they actually understood on day one — something to build on, not just keep afloat.
A first-time owner was running a retail business the way most first-time owners do — from memory, out of pocket, and alone.
A single-location retail business with inventory tracked by hand, no formal payroll or HR process, and expenses scattered across accounts with no clear picture of the numbers.
Built an inventory management system, set up payroll and HR processes, implemented expense tracking, and put repeatable systems in place for day-to-day operations.
Inventory, staffing, and spending moved from memory and guesswork to documented, repeatable systems the owner could actually see and rely on.
It's the same rigor that goes into a healthcare compliance program, scaled down to fit one storefront and an owner learning the business as they went.
